Malaysia Residence Pass – Talent (RP-T)

What is the Residence Pass-Talents (RP-T)

Essentially, the RP-T is a 10-year multiple entry visa for foreign workers. If the worker decides to move to other companies, pass holders do not require renewal so long as they’re within the 10-year duration. Additionally, this pass covers the worker’s dependents (spouses and children below 18). Their spouses are allowed to work under the RP-T, and their children can access local education. Once the 10-year period comes to an end, they can renew their pass and extend their services in the country.

The Benefits of the Residence Pass in Malaysia

RP-T Pass holders can enjoy the benefits granted to them, such as: Extended stay in Malaysia for up to 10 years and can be renewed when necessary. Flexibility to switch employers without needing to renew the pass within the 10-year period. Dependents (spouses and children below 18) are granted entry to the country with access to work and education.
